"Consecrate Them in Truth"
The Aquinas Scholarship Fund was established to assist families in experiencing a quality liberal arts education in a truly Catholic environment. Families are required to submit financial information to a financial assessment organization for determination of assistance. Those families receiving assistance are requested to voluntarily provide services to the school and its community. Top priority is given to current families receiving assistance. Upon request, donors may choose to receive updates on the accomplishments of their scholarship recipients.
Securities, Stocks, Personal Property, and Estate Gifts
Federal tax laws encourage gifts of securities, stock, real and personal property by permitting donors to take a charitable contribution deduction for a gift in support of our mission. Donors would then receive the full dollar value of the gift and remove that amount from their tax bracket. Wills offer an excellent opportunity to support our mission. Donors may bequeath a fixed percentage of their estate or a specific amount. They may also include the Academy in their will as a final contingent beneficiary if other heirs are unavailable. In addition, as a member of the National Catholic Community Foundation, Aquinas Academy can receive Donor-Designated Funds, where the fund is established to provide perpetual support for a charity designated by the donor.
